Software Engineering Specialist (Generative AI)

Eligibility Criteria

Required Travel :Minimal Mentor developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Proven experience working in collaborative development teams delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Strong proficiency in backend development (Python or similar) and modern frameworks. Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) and AI-assisted development practices. Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployments on at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - building and deploying applications for K8s environments is essential. Ability to design secure, scalable, and performant systems. Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills. Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills Exposure to AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar. Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vectorization techniques, and Vector Databases. Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment. Understanding of responsible AI principles and prompt engineering basics.
