Responsibilities
- Package and deploy enterprise software using SCCM
- Intune, PowerShell
- Maintain and manage the global application catalog
- Translate business requirements into application deployment solutions
- Conduct proof of concepts for new deployment technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment issues
- Automate packaging and deployment workflows using scripts
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment standards
- Monitor application performance and improve end-user experience
- Provide third-level support for enterprise application issues
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, support teams
