Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to employees regarding IT equipment and applications
- Act as the IT support contact for users seeking technical help
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Install software and configure systems
- Determine best solutions based on user-reported issues
- Stay updated with ongoing incidents and support requests
- Share knowledge and assist team members when required
