Responsibilities

• Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
