Responsibilities

  • Assist in inventory and asset management activities
  • Support conference room preventive maintenance and e-recycling
  • Ensure audio and visual quality during meetings and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist in deployment and recovery of laptop and desktop images
  • Provide IT support for accessories and workstation setup
  • Use ticketing systems to track tasks and maintain SLA records
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using inventory data management tools
  • Support large-scale global projects as required
  • Assist in inventory and asset management
  • Support conference room maintenance and e-recycling activities
  • Ensure smooth audio and visual experience during meetings
  • Troubleshoot conference room and AV-related issues
  • Assist in laptop and desktop deployment and recovery
  • Provide IT accessory and workstation support to users
