Eligibility Criteria

Must be a college student (any year, any degree) Interest in coding, technology, and community activities Good communication and leadership skills Ability to organize events and initiatives Active participation in campus activities preferred Basic coding knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent HackerRank on your campus
• Organize workshops, hackathons, and coding sessions
• Promote coding culture among students
• Encourage peers to participate in HackerRank challenges
• Collaborate with HackerRank teams on campus activities
• Build and grow the developer community on campus

• HackerRank is a global developer hiring platform used by more than 2500 companies worldwide to assess technical skills. The Campus Crew Ambassador Program is a volunteer-based student initiative designed to help students develop leadership, communication, and networking skills while promoting coding culture on their campus.
• This program allows students to host workshops, organize coding events, and collaborate with HackerRank teams. It is not a paid job but provides hands-on experience in leadership, community building, and event management. The role typically requires around 4–6 hours per week and helps students build strong professional networks and resume value.
