Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end SaaS billing processes
• Analyze customer contracts to determine invoice requirements
• Generate and process sales orders and invoices
• Review return authorizations and credit memos
• Track billing schedules and multi-year contracts
• Collaborate with sales, revenue, and finance teams
• Support audits and reporting requirements
• Identify billing discrepancies and resolve issues
